Xcel Team

Montgomery Gymnastics Academy currently offers a competitive program for ages 6-18 in the USAG Xcel Program.  This program was introduced by USAG in 2013 to allow athletes to be involved in a competitive program while still being able to enjoy being a kid and have some time during the week outside of the gym.  Our teams practice between 6-12 hours, 2-3 days per week.  Athletes begin in our Bronze or Silver level depending on skills.  We currently have Gold-Diamond level athletes in our program as well.

Invitation to our program is by tryout/evaluation only.
